After over twenty years of puzzling fun, Picross is back with a new series of fun! And this time… it’s personal. Whoops, that’s not it. This time it’s in color! Draw one of 30 full color pictures by matching the hint color. With another 450 Picross, Mega Picross, and Clip Picross puzzles, this game is guaranteed to give you hours of fun. Even if you play it all in one sitting like I do.

What’s the best thing about card-based RPGs? I don’t know. But the worst thing is definitely the razor sharp card stock. Luckily, SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech has our hands covered. The game features a hand-drawn world full of treasure, dragons, and magic with all the classic RPG elements like XP, turn-based battles, and random chance that can work with or against you. This humorous blending of fantasy and steampunk robots is sure to scratch your card RPG itch.

I’m Never Getting Past the First Level award: Joe Jump Impossible Quest

I’m terrible at runner games, no matter how often I play them. And Joe Jump Impossible Quest promises to be quite challenging. You play a lumberjack running through forested mountains to arrive at a very important appointment. Dangers abound and you can dodge, jump, or even destroy obstacles in your way with your trusty axe. Avoid trees, thorns, spikes, canyons, and other dangers on your way to the castle. I say “your” because there’s no way I’m getting past the first level.

But wait, there’s more!

For the full list of games, check out the Nintendo Switch eShop for tons of exciting titles. Let us know what games we missed. Which of these new titles are you most excited to play this weekend?
