Switch eShop Spotlight: 6-7-19

Every week Nintendo releases a ton of great games, sometimes more than we have time to dig through. When it comes to what came out on the Nintendo Switch eShop yesterday and beyond, you can find out today on the End Game Bonus Switch eShop Spotlight! Make sure to check back every Friday for our corny, totally fake awards to some of our most anticipated Switch titles this week.

Life, Death, and Card Games award: Slay the Spire

Slay the Spire, Humble Bundle

The popular indie deck building roguelike Slay the Spire is coming this week to Nintendo Switch! Explore a new Spire every time you enter, filled with different bosses, cards, and more. Build a cohesive and strategic deck, and you just might reach the top. If you like deck building games, the team at End Game Bonus can’t recommend this game enough.

Feeling Nostalgic? Control Time and Go Back award: Timespinner

Timespinner, Chucklefish

With an 81% on Metacritic and 9/10 on Steam, check out Timespinner, a Kickstarter game that raised more than $175,000 with more than 5,000 backers in 2014. Inspired by action-platformers from the 90s, Timespinner is a beautiful game that will have you feeling nostalgic. Take on the role of Lunais, lost in an unknown world left only with the power to control time. Enjoy detailed and gorgeous pixel art while trying to avenge your family and learn the truth of the past. Recruit Familiars to fight along side you and ready for battle with the Emperor. And believe it or not, you can play co-op with a friend on your couch! Your Player Two will assume the role of your familiar and they can’t be damaged, so enjoy the extra hand!

Rube Goldberg Machine Simulator award: Perchang

Perchang, Chilled Mouse

Solve puzzles by strategically building a machine to get the balls to its goal in Perchang. Every stage comes with more obstacles you’ll have to work around. Build intense contraptions and control various fans, portals, and levers once you execute your plan. Perchang has a clean and minimal design but plenty of moving parts to explore the best way to solve your puzzle.

But wait, there’s more!

For the full list of games, check out the Nintendo Switch eShop for tons of exciting titles. Let us know what games we missed. Which of these new titles are you most excited to play this weekend?
