Every week Nintendo releases a ton of great games, sometimes more than we have time to dig through. When it comes to what came out on the Nintendo Switch eShop yesterday and beyond, you can find out today on the End Game Bonus Switch eShop Spotlight! Make sure to check back every Friday for our corny, totally fake awards to some of our most anticipated Switch titles this week.

Winningest Game award: Return of the Obra Dinn

Return of the Obra Dinn, 3909

Return of the Obra Dinn has won so many awards and been nominated so many times in 2018 and 2019 that frankly, we’ve lost count. BAFTA, GDC, The Game Awards, Independent Games Festival, plus countless picks for Game of the Year 2018. With a solid 89 on Metactritic and overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam, we’ve been so excited for this to drop on Switch. Return of the Obra Dinn is a first person adventure told in a unique pointillist black and white art style. Unravel the ill fated events of the crew of the Obra Dinn, a merchant ship from the 1800s. Play as an insurance investigator tasked with exploring this mysterious ship.

Bring out the Tissues award: Where the Bees Make Honey

Where the Bees Make Honey, Whitethorn Digital

Follow the story of Sunny as she reflects on her youth in Where the Bees Make Honey. At a crossroads in her life, Sunny is stuck at and dreading her 9 to 5 office job. Work through wondrous puzzles that remind us all of the exciting and simpler times of childhood. Exploring the meaning of purpose in adulthood, Where the Bees Make Honey is a nostalgic bittersweet tale we can’t wait to play.

Fall Down the Rabbit Hole award: Rabi-Ribi

Rabi-Ribi, CIRCLE Ent.

For the fans of anime styled games, Rabi-Ribi drops on Switch this week. Originally released in 2016, Rabi-Ribi is reviewed as overwhelmingly positive on Steam. This fast paced, bullet-dodging, side-scrolling platformer will keep your thumbs moving at the speed of light! Meet Erina, a rabbit turned human (mostly) and her fairy friend Ribbon as they set out to get Erina back home. Both Erina and Ribbon fight in battles. Erina fights up close with melee combat while Ribbon is ranged and controlled indirectly. The game gives you multiple difficulty settings, including a Speedrun and Boss Rush mode. Choose to follow the story and missions. Or take whatever path you choose in this non linear adventure.

But wait, there’s more!
